Meet The Doctor

Dr. Bernal was born and raised in Colombia, South America. After graduating from Universidad Autonoma de Manizales in Colombia in 1996, she worked as a general dentist for 4 years in Columbia. In 2000 she moved to Florida, and worked as a dental hygienist while she attended the University of Florida and earned her Doctor in Dental Surgery degree in 2009. Dr. Bernal then completed a General Dental Residency at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.

Dr Bernal is passionate about developing lasting relationships with her patients and helping people of all ages improve their overall health. Dr. Bernal is an active member of the American Dental Association as well as the Florida Dental Association. She is up to date with continuing education courses, and strives to provide the most advanced and complete dental care possible. 

When Dr. Bernal is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
